A short film dedicated to the theatrical sentence of playwright Svetlana Petriychuk and director Zhenya Berkovich.
"How to tie a handkerchief in the colony properly"—this is the final instruction in their play ‘The Brave Falcon Finist’.
On 20 April 2022 this play became a two-time Golden Mask winner (Russia’s highest theatre national award)
On 8 July 2024 Svetlana and Yevgenia received 6 years in prison each for ‘justifying terrorism’ in this production.
‘May common sense will finally win’ - these are last words by Svetlana Petrichuk in the court.
