What if we can?
We explore three directions. Fatigue as a resource: how can exhaustion become a form and a reason for action? Safety as a basic need: how is it present in the body, and how can we engage with it through movement? Care as an artistic gesture: how can care for ourselves and others become a practice, a strategy and a statement?
In this week of experiments, fatigue and the experience of losing against reality become our subject and material. We improvise, translate personal experience into compositions of actions, explore group dynamics and assemble practices and movements into a score for a final showing.
This workshop is not about becoming exhausted or overcoming fatigue. It is about engaging honestly with this condition.
