JUST.bodywork
JUST.bodywork is a gentle practice of bringing attention back into the body, which takes place mostly sitting or lying down, and aims to release tensions and build internal connections in the body.

In 2024, the website JUSTbodywork.com was created for self-practice, accessible at home and requiring no special skills or materials. All you need is 1 hour and 2 square metres.
THE MAIN FOCUS OF THE PRACTICE IS DETAILED WORK WITH THE BODY AND BASIC MOVEMENT PATTERNS, RELEASING UNNECESSARY TENSIONS, EXPLORING YOUR REACTIONS AND HABITS, CLARIFYING SENSE OF INNER SUPPORT AND FOOTING.
JUST.bodywork began as a practice for dancers and a way to deal with injury, tension and overwork.

With the pandemic in 2020, it was reassembled to be accessible to citizens at home. In 2022, with the outbreak of war, the need to recover, reassemble, work through tensions was actualised with renewed demand.

JUST.bodywork continues to develop and experiment based on the experience of related disciplines and Alexander Andriyashkin’s teaching experience.
